Tony Chavez
W. Tony Chavez, is a seasoned Realtor having attained 24 years experience. He has been able to help hundreds of families buy or sell their homes. His commitment to serving his clients has earned him several accomplishments, such as a member of the "RE/MAX 100% Club" - this achievement is only awarded to a select group of Top Producing RE/MAX Sales Associates. He was inducted into the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) which is given to only 3% of the Top Realtors in the Country. Tony, also has been certified as a "Top Production Realtor" for Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) for the last 11 years and is on track to do it again! -" Top Production REALTORS' are those who aspire to the highest ethical standards and whose production ranks among the highest number of transactions or dollar volume of buyer side transactions within HAR's 25,000 member brokers and agents." As of 2015, Tony joined Charlie Kriegel Properties to expand his services to his clients. After a year of being there Tony was able to achieve many awards for his accomplishments such as First Place - Single Family Listings, First Place - Lots Selling, Second Place - Townhouse/ Condo, and Second Place - Single Family Selling. 2016 was another good year for Tony. He was able to be ranked in the Houston Business Journal as one of the top 8 teams in the greater Houston Area. Tony was the top producing agent for volume and transactions in 2019 at WInhill Advisors Kirby.
